Becoming a PNGTuber used to mean commissioning an artist, waiting a week or two, and paying for every extra expression afterwards. PNGTuber Maker exists to make the first version of that character something you can have in a few minutes, from a sentence you wrote yourself.
You describe a character. We generate four candidates so you are choosing rather than accepting whatever came back first. You pick one, and we generate the frame set a stream actually needs from that same character: idle, talking, blinking, and blinking while talking, each on a transparent background and sized to drop straight into OBS as an image source.
Holding one character's face steady across four separate generations is the part that is genuinely hard, and it is the part we spend our engineering on. The frames are generated from the candidate you picked, not from your prompt a second time, which is why the four frames look like the same character instead of four cousins.
The exact credit cost of every step is on screen before you confirm it, and the pricing page is readable without an account. Nothing is charged silently, and a credit pack is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel. A subscription exists if you want a cheaper credit, but it is never the only way in.
Credits are held, not taken, while a generation runs. If it fails they go back automatically. If half of it arrives, you are refunded the whole run and you keep the images that did.
A new account gets free credits, no card asked for, which covers a full four-candidate round at full quality. You find out whether this works for your character before you spend anything.
We do not train our own image models. Your prompt is sent to an established model — GPT Image 2 from OpenAI — through the Kie platform, and the images that come back are stored in our own private storage rather than left on a vendor's server. The price per image is on the pricing page.
Every generated image is checked for a genuinely transparent background before it is delivered, because a PNGTuber frame with a white box behind it is useless on stream. When a model returns one that fails that check, we re-run the repair at our own cost.
The privacy policy sets out exactly what leaves our servers and what is kept.
We are not a Live2D rig. There is no face tracking, no physics and no mouth-shape detection from your microphone. A PNGTuber is a small set of still frames that swap while you talk, and that is deliberate — it runs on any machine and needs no camera.
We will not generate someone else's character or a real person. The generator is for original characters. Prompts aimed at reproducing a copyrighted character or a real person's likeness are against the terms, and the example styles on this site are generic archetypes for that reason. Sexual content, and anything sexualising a character presented as a minor, is an absolute limit that closes the account.
Both the models we run on and the platform we reach them through apply their own content filters, so a prompt they refuse never produces an image and is never charged. Those filters are not ours and we do not pretend they catch everything — the rules in the terms apply either way, and telling us about something the generator should not have made is genuinely useful.
PNGTuber Maker is built and run by an independent developer, not a company. That is why support is one email address rather than a call centre — and why the person answering it can open your generation and see what actually happened.
