PNGTuber Maker is an AI PNGTuber generator. You describe a character, compare four candidates, pick one, and download a transparent idle, talking and blinking frame set for OBS. Anything to do with the service — a charge you do not recognise, a refund, your account and your data, or a generation that went wrong — is handled by email.

support@pngtubermaker.netEmail is the only support channel. There is no phone line and no live chat, so nothing you send gets lost in a queue you cannot see. Write from the address your account signs in with and we can find your generations and your payments without a round of back-and-forth.
We aim to reply within two business days. Billing and refund questions are answered before anything else.
A charge you do not recognise, credits that never arrived, or a refund you want to ask for. A Pro plan can be cancelled yourself from Settings → Billing; email us if you cannot reach it. Include the email address on the account and the date and amount of the charge.
Ask what we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct it, or ask for your account and the characters you generated to be deleted. Send it from the address the account signs in with so we know it is you.
A generation that failed, credits that did not come back after a failure, a download that will not open, or a page that will not load. Tell us what you were doing and roughly when, and we can find the job.
Generation is paid for with credits. The exact credit cost of a step is shown before you confirm it, nothing is charged silently, and if a generation fails the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance — so a failed generation is not something you need to chase a refund for.
Credits come either from a pack, which is one payment and never renews, or from a Pro plan, which renews until you cancel it. If the charge you are looking at is a plan renewal, you can stop future ones yourself from Settings → Billing.
What credits cost, and what each pack includes, is on the pricing page. You do not need an account to read it.
If the charge still does not look right after that, email us with the date and the amount and we will trace the payment.
PNGTuber Maker is built and run by an independent developer, not a company. Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own checkout page, so your card details never reach our servers and we never see them.
